Ron has spent his career focused on innovative marketing, sales, advertising and public relations within the financial industry, particularly focusing on the wealth management segment. Most recently, he has managed marketing and sales channels for a $22 billion wealth management firm.
He is a university professor, having taught marketing, advertising, public relations and sales.
His wealth management professional education includes the Certified Financial Planner curriculum. Ron also holds an international accreditation in public relations (APR) and is certified in project management (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
Ron contributed the branding chapter to a graduate textbook on strategy ("Successfully Competing with Competitive Advantages"), and authored a financial industry guidebook on branding ("A Practical Guide to Branding," CUES Publishing), as well as serving as the marketing columnist for a financial industry journal.
An accomplished and entertaining speaker and presenter, Ron holds the "Advanced Toastmaster" designation (ATM) from Toastmasters International.
